Product warranty terms

Hootaa implements a one-year limited warranty system for the original products sold. But limited to providing warranty for hardware and software malfunctions of the products sold by our company. Our company will not be responsible for any other losses caused by product malfunctions.

1、 Warranty period (based on the shipment date in the product configuration list)

The machines sold are uniformly guaranteed for three years (excluding accessories), and can be returned to the factory for repair or replacement. Within three months, free replacement of new machines will be provided, except for human factors caused by product quality issues.

Warranty period after hardware repair: If the original hardware is within the warranty period, it will be covered by the original hardware warranty period. If the original hardware warranty period is less than three months, the warranty period of the hardware will be renewed for three months; If the original hardware is outside the warranty period, the warranty period for paid replacement hardware is three years.

2、 After sales commitment

1. Hardware products within the limited warranty period are free of charge for maintenance; After the warranty period expires, repair services will be provided and corresponding fees will be charged.

2. Maintenance response time: After receiving a user service request.

3. Exchange: Within 30 days after the product is sold, if there is a hardware performance failure of the product, the customer’s faulty parts will be replaced with new products.

3、 The following situations are not covered by warranty

1.When the purchased product exceeds the warranty period or is not covered by the warranty;

2. Warranty stickers that are difficult to identify, damaged, torn, or altered;

3. Damage caused by improper storage or accidents, such as water ingress, falling, squeezing, high temperature (above the specified temperature for normal use), exposure to sunlight (excluding outdoor products), etc;

4. There are signs of human damage to the appearance;

5. Those who have undergone maintenance, replacement, or renovation outside the customer service department of our company, resulting in irreparable damage;

6. Failure or damage caused by the use of pirated software, third-party software that has not been certified by relevant testing and certification institutions, and viruses.

7. Other damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, lightning strikes, wars, etc.

4、 Maintenance fees

1. 1 years is a free warranty period

2. After the second year of selling hardware products, component cost fees and manual maintenance fees will be charged

3. Other service fee standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Company’s Product and Service Fee Standards

5、 Supplementary Provisions

1. The effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this regulation shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If there is no conflict with national laws and regulations, this regulation shall be followed.

2. The revision and interpretation rights of this regulation belong to the company within the scope permitted by law.
